Consider Your Environment! 2

“For there is hope for a tree if it is cut down, that it will sprout again, and that its shoots will not cease.” Job 14:7

Can you consider what God has created around you? Consider the work of God’s hands and consider all he has wrought with people and things around you. It may be imaginary, and in fact, it would have been if you have never seen what you desire to have. Look at everywhere and see how the heavens declare the glory of God, and the firmament shows His handiwork. Notice how many trees are growing on the ground or how animals survived in the wild.

When Job was going through a life crisis and needed help, God reminded him of a cut-down tree. That’s why he declared in Job 14:7 saying “For there is hope for a tree if it is cut down, that it will sprout again, and that its shoots will not cease.” When we think about our surroundings, we often forget that nature serves as a source of inspiration, and inspiration makes us human.

Matthew 6:26 says, “Look at the birds of the air: they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they?”

We need to be inspired by nature because it gives us strength and motivation. Maybe you desired to be great in the nation; consider your surroundings because it is real evidence within your environment. God has so created and designed your environment to recognize and appreciate His majesty and power. Let this be a faith-building factor for you today.

You would have seen many seemingly impossible situations turn around and become possible, still within the confines of your environment. But here you are, you have read, ‘with God, all things are possible’ many times. You can experience the same. Just take a look at your environment, appreciate God and His dealings in times past, consider your environment, and consider yourself the next testimony replicating God’s faithfulness and fullness for reference to your environment. Remember, For “the earth is the Lord’s, and the fullness thereof.” 1 Corinthians 10:26

Prayer:
Revelation 4:11 “Worthy are you, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for you created all things, and by your will, they existed and were created.”
