Don’t Mess It Up; Today is Exceptional-2

Every day carries an exceptional covenant and occupies with their appointed time. Within this appointed time of each day, you have been called to do something amazing without forfeit the promise or the covenant of the day. And when you do things at their appointed time, you will see yourself doing great things. In Jeremiah 33:20 the LORD says: If you can break My covenant with the day and My covenant with the night, so that day and night cease to occupy their appointed time.” Mean His daily plan is unchangeable. Likewise, you too do not mess it up because every day is exceptional. You may be tempted to do so, but it is impossible for God to act contrary to what He plans for the day and night.

You are that kind of person who has made many mistakes yesterday, but today God has given you another chance to learn from your mistakes and repent from it. He has given you another opportunity today and the ability to overcome your weaknesses and turn them into strengths. Therefore, you cannot give up on your dreams or aspirations. You must always keep moving forward in life. Mother Theresa said “Yesterday is gone. Tomorrow has not yet come. We have only today. Let us begin.” You have many things to do today. You cannot throw away today for tomorrow or yesterday. If you want to be happy, then start living today! If you want to be successful, then start giving your best today. Do not let today end without downloading your daily benefit from heaven with faith in God. In Matthew 6:11, Jesus did not ask for the leftover of yesterday, and he will not worry himself about tomorrow, but he said: “give us this day our daily bread.” If Jesus did not border himself with tomorrow, then why are you worried. Therefore, live each day with purpose and passion. Do not waste time waiting for tomorrow or procrastinating. Today is already here! It is just a matter of time before it passes.

John Newton says: “Sometimes I compare the troubles we have to undergo in the course of a year to a great bundle of fagots, far too large for us to lift. However, God does not require us to carry the whole at once. He mercifully unties the bundle and gives us first one stick, which we are to carry today, and then another, which we are to carry tomorrow, and so on. This we might easily manage if we would only take the burden appointed for us each day, but we chose to increase our trouble by carrying yesterday’s stick over again today, and adding to-morrow’s burden to our load before we are required to bear it.” This is a good example of how God wants you to enjoy the covenant of each day and not worry about tomorrow, but to constantly to depend upon God for your daily provision. If you want to enjoy the benefit of the kingdom, you must behold the mercy of God for your daily bread. We must call on God every day for mercy, “because it is of the LORD’s loving kindness we are not consumed, for His compassion never fails. They are new every morning; great is Your faithfulness!” Lamentations 3:22-23
