How Praising God Changes Life!

“Hear, O kings; give ear, O princes; to the Lord, I will sing; I will make melody to the Lord, the God of Israel.” Judges 5:3

Praising God is one of the most important things we can do as Christians. When we take the time to thank Him for all He’s done for us, it blesses Him and encourages us to keep following Him. In Psalm 34:1, David says, “I will extol the Lord at all times; his praise will be on my lips.” As followers of Christ, we should always be willing to lift our voices in song and worship to Him because our God is worthy of all our praise, no matter who we are or where we are.

There are many benefits to praising God. For one thing, it helps us stay focused on what’s truly important. When we’re constantly thanking Him for His goodness and love, it becomes much harder to get wrapped up in the things of this world. Praising God also brings joy into our lives – something that’s much needed in these dark times. For example, It’s easy to become bogged down by the negative things happening in the world today. Every day, it seems like there’s another terrorist attack, mass shooting, or natural disaster. In these difficult times, it’s important to remember that we can find joy in God.

Psalm 95:1 says, “Oh come, let us sing to the Lord; let us make a joyful noise to the rock of our salvation.”

Praising God brings happiness into our lives and allows us to connect with Him on a deeper level. It facilitates our productivity by helping us remain peaceful and happy by reducing our frustrations to an unmanageable level. Praise and worship are voluntarily intended to strengthen our self-assurance and confidence in God. This is the perfect thing to do, especially if you happen to be interested in showing God’s successes, blessings, and faithfulness in your life without worrying about what other people think or say.

When we’re joyful, it shows in our attitude and makes us more pleasant to be around. We can also find comfort in knowing that God is with us during difficult times. Even though the world is full of pain and sorrow, we can still find moments of joy by focusing on what’s good in our lives. Also, remember that praising God is a living act, not a dead act. Only those who are alive can truly give thanks and praise to God. The dead cannot do so because they no longer have the ability to experience God’s love and goodness. You are alive; praise Him. Psalm 68:4 says, “Sing to God, sing praises to his name; lift a song to him who rides through the deserts; his name is the Lord; exult before him.”

Prayer:
Give God praise and rejoice before him by singing.
