“I have the right to do anything,” you say–but not everything is beneficial. “I have the right to do anything”–but not everything is constructive.”1 Corinthians 10:23

Time management is the ability to be present and focused on what you need to do, rather than being distracted by other things that are not important. It is a skill that can be learned and mastered by anyone who wants to become a better person. Time management is an efficient tool in managing your daily responsibility to accomplish a task.

You should never let your minds wander off course or lose sight of God’s will. Matthew 6:33 says, “seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.” In another word, it means to give God your best attention first before anything else. When we are distracted by our own thoughts, feelings, and desires, we cannot see God’s plan as authentic.

You cannot win if you are distracted by anything that doesn’t matter. It’s better to stay focused on what matters and focus on what you want to achieve. The more you focus on what matters, the easier it will be for you to accomplish your goals. Are you a student? Stay away from the TV and social media. Don’t let them distract you from your goal of becoming a better person.

Do all it takes to become a better person. Keep your eyes open for opportunities to learn and develop yourself. Don’t get caught up in the past, but rather focus on how you can improve today. Remember, we should never waste time chasing things that don’t matter.

Be kingdom-minded, because “The kingdom of heaven is like treasure hidden in a field. When a man found it, he hid it again, and in his joy, he went and sold all he had (undistracted) and bought that field.” Matthew 13:45.

Prayer:
1. You are worthy, oh! Lord, invisible God of my heart, I am not ashamed of you. LOVE YOU, JESUS.
2. Any evil power that will make me fail, Holy Ghost scattered their plan in the name of Jesus.
3. Oh! Lord, help me to be Kingdom-minded and give me peace of mind in Jesus’ name. Amen.
