The Newness of Life!

The Newness of Life!

“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away. Behold, the new has come!” 2 Corinthians 5:17

The newness of life is not a matter of age or gender, but it is an issue for us to consider and think about. Nothing in this life will remain useful, worthy, or valuable to us if we do not renew or inspires to make new things. Regardless of its kind of value or importance, it will remain meaningless if we do not renew it. That’s why the guiding principle of living the best of lives is to renew it every day.

The newness of life is something that should be cherished, honored, and acquired in a way that will add value to our lives. But, of course, some people take it for granted, thinking it is a waste of time. But let me remind those who do not take serious notice of the newness of life: A disqualified life lives on precedent and, most of the time, forgetting that the newness of life is what makes us human. Remember, every moment and every day of your life is new.

Hebrews 8:12-13 says, “For I will forgive their iniquities and will remember their sins no more.” By speaking of a new covenant, He has made the first one obsolete; and what is obsolete and aging will soon disappear.

The newness of life is the reason you are alive. Therefore, to accept living the new life in Christ is a total life transformation that transforms the mindset from nonprofitable things to more profitable which is God’s riches in our possession. The new life in Christ made us understand that there is a name above every other name, and it is called Jesus Christ. The new life in Christ gives us confidence above principalities and power.

When Christ’s blood renews you, you will become a new creation who has been created anew. The old life of fear, depression, failure, sin, and hopelessness is dead and gone, and the abundant life with love, peace, and joy is born. This new life in Christ makes us live with purpose and joy. We cannot live without him because he is the one who brings us out of darkness into marvelous light. Romans 8:1 says, “There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.”

Prayer:
1. Father God, I pray that you continue to bring me out of my darkness and into your light.
2. Oh Lord, renew a right spirit within me that will lead me in the direction of abundant life in Jesus. Amen!
