The Parable of the Sower! Part Five

The Parable of the Sower! Part Five.

“Still, other seeds fell on fertile soil, and they produced a crop that was thirty, sixty, and even a hundred times as much as had been planted.” Matthew 13:8

It’s a familiar story: A farmer scatters seeds on the ground, and some of them take root and grow while others don’t. What makes the difference? The seed that falls on good soil and produces a large harvest is a metaphor for how people succeed in life. The parable of the sower teaches that success depends on being attentive and reflective. Seeds that fall on fertile ground will grow if they get enough water and sunlight; this analogy also applies to people. The seed on good soil refers to those who are faithful, humble-minded, caring, and perseverant.

For every seed to grow to its potential, you must faithfully plant it. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise because unfaithful farmers are unproductive and unfruitful and will not prosper. Therefore, honor the word of God in your heart; let it be deeply rooted so that it can become the source of all that is good and perfect. Give yourself the appropriate time to pray, meditate, and read the word of God. Don’t forget, when you honor God with your heart, He will honor you with abundant life because every word of God is a seed with great potential to blossom into a beautiful harvest.

Psalm 119:2 says, “Blessed are those who keep His testimonies and seek Him with all their heart.”

Brethren, hold on to Jesus, keep your eyes on the prize, and never give up hope for a better future. If you want something, all you need is a bit of faith and determination. Allow humility and perseverance to guide you through life. Humility is a virtue that gives you the joy of believing in what you have been given. When you are not humble enough, you will not have a strong desire to believe in that little seed that God places inside you that can grow into a beautiful garden.

Be humble and thankful for everything you have, even if it means giving up some things. Don’t let anything stop you from living your life as God’s plan for you. Remember, taking care of the little seed you have planted in your heart is important. Nurture it with love and gratitude, and be patient as it grows. You will be rewarded with a beautiful garden of happiness that will bloom for years to come. Amen. Luke 8:15 says, “But the seeds on the good soil are those with a noble and good heart, who hear the word, cling to it, and by persevering produce a crop.” Amen.

Prayer:
1. Dear Lord Jesus, I pray that you continue to bless me with the strength and wisdom needed to carry out the plan of God’s will in my life.
2. James 4:7, Oh Lord, I submit my heart to you to fulfill your will in my life and resist the devil’s plan in Jesus’ name. Amen.
