Without Rebuke!

Without Rebuke!

“Do everything without complaining or arguing, so that you may be blameless and pure, children of God without fault in a crooked and perverse generation, in which you shine as lights in the world.” Philippians 2:14-15

Complains are not always the answer to our problems. They can be helpful sometimes, but they are not the answer to our salvation. We need to learn how to use them wisely because complaints can lead to imperfection and sin before God. We can become blemish when we complain too much before God. Therefore, don’t let your spirit be crushed like a dry bone when you are in the presence of God.

Our state of mind becomes overwhelmed and worsened when we do not abide by the rules of “Do all things without murmuring and disputing.” A Christian has to be a willing worker who performs a duty because of the love they have for God, not because of their desires or needs. Christians should not carry their duties out of responsibility. Responsibility can be tired, but love can never be exhausted. Responsibility Christians give grudgingly, whereas God needs cheerful givers.

1 Timothy 2:8 says, “In every place of worship, I want everyone to pray, those who are dedicated to God and can lift their hands in prayer without anger or argument.”

Responsibility Christian are always angered whenever there is extra work to be done, but loving Christian will be looking unto the reward that awaits them for going the extra mile. In contrast to the world that works while complaining and disputing, Christians are urged to perform their responsibility with a loving heart and joy. We must never allow our light to go dim from the influence of darkness around us.

When one becomes an active member of the organic body of Christ, his light shines forth to those who are in darkness and by putting that into practice. We become persons without rebuke (blameless) or condemned in the spirit, but transformed because God’s love is revealed through Christ Jesus in us to all. Ephesians 4:29 says, “Let no corrupting talk come out of your mouths, but only such as is good for building up, as fits the occasion, that it may give grace to those who hear.”

Prayer:
1. Lord Jesus, thank you for your love to present me holy, unblameable, and unreproveable in Jesus’ name. Amen
2. Oh Lord, by your loving grace, transform me into the kingdom of your dear son, to live a life without rebuke in the name of Jesus.
