Be Different -1!
To be different from others, cannot just happen by accident. It takes time, prayer, dedication, discipline, and effort to change yourselves, but once you do that, your lives will be much more enjoyable. Your DNA, your look or your personality will not be the same as someone else. You will have a unique perspective on life because you are not a carbon copy of anyone else, but God’s image.
Romans 12:2 says, ” do not conform to this world: but be you transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.” This means that we shouldn’t conform to the standards of others, but rather live our own life as God wants us to live. “And to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness.” Ephesians 4:24
You cannot continue to follow the multitude to be different; you got to change some attitude. You cannot continue to support the vision of this world and reflect the image of the almighty God. You cannot continue to trade the will of God for something that looks familiar. The devil-like to waste destiny when he tricks people into exchanging their future. A time waster is a destiny waster.
Be different from forgetting what the world called you, but remember what God calls you to be; be different in patients to embrace the value of God’s will for your life. Be different to tell the devil get the “behind me, Satan”, because you cannot lose heaven to follow the plan of the world and be Courageous to take what belongs to you in the kingdom; be different to tell the devil ‘It is written’ I Shall not die but to live and declare the glory of the Lord.
Be different from having new life in Christ; be different to embrace holiness and righteousness; be different to make no desires of the flesh; be different to discern what is right, pleasing and perfect will of God. Be different to “Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.” Ephesian 6:11.
