Consistency, the Hallmark to Transformation!
Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded. James 4:8
The success of our physical and spiritual work is dependent on consistency. It is one of the essential keys to a prosperous lifestyle. Maintain your consistency in reading, praying, loving, caring, forgiving others, and keeping promises in all areas of the life of faith. You will see that life begins to transform into a beautiful and successful experience. Be focus and maintain consistency in your time; you will enjoy the winning streak.
“Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, be steadfast and let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain.” 1 Corinthians 15:58. Consistency is the hallmark of trust and transformation of hearts, minds, bodies, and souls. “It’s not what we do once in a while that shapes our lives. It’s what we do consistently.” ― Anthony Robbins
Keep your faith strong and steadfast in Jesus Christ, who is the Lord. Stay faithful to him and his word, even when things are hard or difficult. Always keep your heart open and ready for God’s presence and blessing to come.
No amount of lag in the prayers we pray and the results should ever make us faint or have a broken spirit. Reading the bible and praying daily and at all-time could be challenging to do consistently, but we must grow into this maturity that we will never get tired of doing them. Sometimes we don’t feel like doing them, but our spirituality shouldn’t have anything to do with feelings.
Lack of consistency in worship is a spiritual life hack. The devil is the hacker; he draws spiritual life (relationship with God) back. The devil will take advantage of this open hole to speak to your mind and make you feel condemned. Please pay attention to this, and the more you stay consistent, the more you gain stability and strength in the spirit.
Reading the Word, praying, and other spiritual activities are not the challenge, as these are easy tasks we can accomplish, but the real deal is our continuity and consistency in doing the necessary things. If we want to move closer to God and have a stable life as we live for God, we have to be consistent with God in our service and worship. Draw close to God; He will draw close to you. “He who pursues righteousness and loving devotion find life, righteousness, and honor.” Proverbs 21:21
Prayer:
- Pray with your heart and mind about today’s devotion. Give God the praise for the revelations of His will.
- Lord, help me serve you with all my heart and all the days of my life.
- I plead the blood of Jesus, against every spiritual hacker drawing me into sin’s snare in Jesus mighty name. Amen.
