Finding Hope in a Hard Times!
“Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer.” Romans 12:12
In the darkest of times, hope is a light that never fades. So, if you are hurting, God has a promise for you. If you are struggling, God has a promise for you. Look to God’s promises if you don’t know where to find hope. God’s promises are unbreakable, and because of that, our hope can be unshakable. When we find ourselves amid hard times, it is easy to lose sight of the future and become discouraged. But we can find hope in the promises of God. He is always faithful and will never leave or forsake us.
When we trust in the promises of God, we can be strengthened through whatever challenges come our way. No matter what life throws our way, we can have confidence knowing that God is with us and that he has a plan for our lives. When we are struck by difficult times, it is natural to feel overwhelmed and uncertain about the future. But even in the darkest moments, we can find hope in God’s unbreakable promises.
Isaiah 40:31 says, “But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength. They shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.”
The Bible is packed with assurances from God that He is with us and will never leave us. These promises give us hope that we can still trust in God’s plan for us no matter what happens in this life. In Psalm 138:8, God declares, “The Lord will fulfill his purpose for me; your steadfast love, Oh Lord, endures forever. Do not forsake the work of your hands.” This verse assures us that no matter what we go through, God’s love for us never ends, and He will always be there for us. In Jeremiah 29:11, God says, “For I know the plans I have for you, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
All the promises in God’s word assure us that even in the toughest times, God has a plan for us and will never leave us to face our challenges alone. God’s promises are unbreakable, and our hope can be unshakable as we trust Him. Therefore, when faced with difficulties, let’s remember to cling to the unbreakable promises of our God. They are a light in the darkness and a source of strength when we feel weak. Therefore, I encourage you to hold on to Jesus. Amen. Romans 5:5 says, “And hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us.”
Prayer:
1. Thank you, Jesus, for being the light in this dark time and my strength amid my weakness.
2. Psalm 107:9; Oh LORD, satisfy my longing soul, and let there be a breakthrough in every area of my life in Jesus’ name. Amen.
