Learning is Knowing! 2
“But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have told you.” John 14:26
As we know, there is no information we cannot gain access to through the internet, but the truth is that we don’t have everything online that we need to know. It does not matter how best the search engine or social media may be, they cannot search the mind of God for us. But there is someone else we must learn about who has more knowledge than we do. He is Holy Spirit.
Many may be ignorant and unaware of the Holy Spirit because many churches leader doesn’t talk about Him much. They think that He is a mystery. However, if we look at the Bible in-depth and how God’s word has been unraveled and revealed to us, we will find out that He is the one who is behind every revelation. The Holy Spirit is the source of all knowledge in truth to us from heaven to earth.
1 Corinthians 2:13 says, “And we impart this in words not taught by human wisdom but taught by the Spirit, interpreting spiritual truths to those who are spiritual.”
For those who know the benefit of the Holy Spirit, know that the Kingdom of God is not in meats and drinks. They know that you cannot google the mind of God. The scripture made us understand that there are free things that have been given to us. It is, therefore, our responsibility in partnership with the Holy Spirit to harness and appropriate those things you have access to. One such thing is the unction of the Lord from the Holy One Himself to know all things.
You will never know what God fully has for you until you become fully aware of the Holy Spirit. The scripture expresses that you can know all things by the unction of the Holy One. Your ignorance, therefore, is the result of not harnessing the unction. It is possible to know all things but most importantly, have you recognized you have the unction? The inability to know what you have will render what you have useless and inept. Learn more about Him. John 16:13 says, “When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all the truth, for he will not speak on his authority, but whatever he hears, he will speak, and he will declare to you the things that are to come.”
Prayer:
1. Lord, help me by your Spirit to know all that has been freely given to me.
2. Psalm 51:11; Oh Lord, cast me not away from your presence, and take not your Holy Spirit from me in Jesus’ name. Amen.
