Loving the Unlovable! Part Two

“In this is love, not that we have loved God but that he loved us and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.” 1 John 4:10

Unloveability is an illusion that comes from the state of hatred mind; we all can be loved and loved in return. Unloveability can be described as being unlovable or unworthy of love. It can manifest itself in many forms, including physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual states. It is important to understand that unlovability is not permanent; it can be healed and reversed through loving self-care and positive thinking.

Many people struggle with a sense of unlovability, which can lead to feelings of insecurity, worthlessness, and rejection in their relationships. For some, these feelings can become so intense that they disrupt their relationship with their loved ones. In addition, unlovability can cause someone to feel like their partner is not truly interested in them or doesn’t care about them. This feeling can lead to an overall lack of trust and confidence in the relationship, which further fuels negative emotions such as insecurity and worthlessness.

1 John 4:9 says, “In this, the love of God was made manifest among us, that God sent his only Son into the world so that we might live through him.”

The good news is that there are ways we can help those suffering from these issues. By providing caring support, understanding, and patience, we can help create an environment where people feel secure enough to open up about their fears and worries. Through talk therapy or other therapeutic intervention, individuals can learn how to manage their emotions more healthier, ultimately improving their interpersonal relationships. This journey of learning how to love the unloveable can be challenging at times, but with faith and perseverance, it is possible!

It’s important to remember that going the extra mile will result in great blessings from God. Even if we don’t feel like it, God wants us to show kindness towards those who have wronged us. By practicing patience and understanding of others, we ultimately do what God has asked of us – loving one another no matter what. This makes us human—we are created with the capacity to extend love and compassion even when it is not deserved or easily given. We must strive to follow the example of Jesus, who gave His life for us despite our imperfections, as we seek to practice unconditional love. Amen. Matthew 5:44 says, “But I say to you, Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you. Amen.

Prayer:
Oh Lord, give me a heart that loves unconditionally in Jesus’ name. Amen.
