There was a poor man who gave birth to two boys who grew up to become men. The first son remains poor while the second son chose to be different. These two men were questioned one after the other. Why were you, poor? And he replied because my father is poor. I also remain poor, while the second replied because my father is poor, and I must not be poor.

From the above illustration, that is to say, that your mindset will tell where you will end up in every situation. Spiritual mindset is a frame of mind that helps you move towards a set of the outcome; your spiritual mindset supports your intention to lead a conscious and devoted lifestyle.

There are two mindsets which are a fixed mindset and growth mindset, let’s look at the differences: The fixed mindset is scared to face challenges because they see themselves as being incapable. Hence, they withdraw. While the growth mindset is always prepared for any challenge because they see it as the only way for them to be capable, thus they become the best.

Three Things To Do To Instill a Growth Mindset
1. It is not only beneficial, but it is also scientifically and biblical proven to be true (check the stories of the twelve spies sent out by Moses)
2. Learn and teach others how to develop their abilities
3. Listen to your fixed mindset and talk back with a growth mindset.

This I say, therefore, and testify in the Lord, that ye henceforth walk not as other Gentiles walk, in the vanity of their mind. Vs. 23 And be renewed in the spirit of your mind; (Ephesians 4: 17,23)
