No Indeed!
“No, indeed,’ the wise ones answered, ‘there is not enough for you and for us. Go to the store and buy some for yourselves.’ Matthew 25:9
There will come a time in your life when you have to learn how to say ‘NO’ gracefully to things that are not meant to be done. You will have to learn how to say no without fear or hesitation. When that day comes, the Lord will give you the ability to reject anything that is not meant for you.
Adam and Eve were tempted by the serpent because they did not have the boldness and audacity to say NO, but they disobeyed God’s commands, and their disobedience was punished. You can not be aligned with the will of God if you are still saying YES to the will of the devil and his angels.
The devil wants you to believe that he has a plan for your life. But you have to say ‘No’ to his way, ‘No’ to his will, and ‘No’ to his heart’s desire for you. There is nothing significant the devil has to give than to steal, kill, and destroy. It is only through Jesus Christ that we can genuinely live the abundant life that propagates new life.
The thief comes not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I have come that they might have life and that they might have it more abundantly. John 10:10.
For the angel of the Lord to reveal the will of God to you, you must know how to say NO to the temptation that want you to turn stone to bread; ‘No’ to the temptation that wants you to “throw Yourself down from the pinnacle of the temple or tempt God; ‘No’ to the temptation that want you to fall down and worship the devil because of money or power. But you must say YES to the will of God. Matthew 4:1-11.
Prayer:
You demon of destiny manipulation, I am not your candidate. Therefore, I say No to your will in Jesus’ name.
