Not by Power!

“No king is saved by his vast army; no warrior is delivered by his great strength.” Psalm 33:16

There are many types of power in this world. Power of this and that is everywhere. Many people look for the power of authority, of influence, of control, freedom, money, and so on. And we have seen it some time in our lives that some power has a level of influence over others. But what about the power that saves us from sickness and untimely death?

The power that saves you and keeps you alive today does not come from the power of wealth or authority, but God’s power. When you think of the current situation related to the Coronavirus pandemic, you will see that money, fame, or authority has no power. That tells you that it’s not by your power, not by your strength, but by the mercy of God’s power, you are not consumed.

Remember, the Lord’s kindness to you and your family never fails! His power had saved you from all pestilence that flies around you. He is the one who gives you a spirit of courage over fear, love over hatred, self-control over pride, and life over death. Through the power in the blood of Jesus Christ, you have overcome an obstacle in your lives to see today in history as a glorious day.

Our Lord Jesus Christ has conquered the grave on your behalf, therefore give Him praise and glory for the work of salvation. Worship God with all your heart and soul. Sing praises to him, glorify him with every breath. Lean on Jesus Christ and “don’t put your trust in powerful people because they cannot save you.” Psalm 146:3.

1. Give God the praise for all He has done for you and your family.
2. Sing songs of praise to God.
3. Pray for the comfort of those who affected by Covid-19
