Not by Power! 2
“I do not trust in my bow, nor does my sword deliver me.” Psalm 44:6
Being alive today is not by your power, money, position, possession, or fame but by the grace of God. It is by His grace that you were able to claim victory over the enemies that you had defeated. He put those who hate you to shame because he still loves you. He gave your enemy a reason to remained silent while preparing a table before you.
God has an absolute power to deliver and to save you in every situation. When you are in trouble, remember that: God never leaves you alone, and he never forsakes you, because all power belongs to Him. Though what you passed through does not seem like God was involved, but if you look at those circumstances, you see that God has given you mercy in time of need.
The power that keeps you alive today is not a fiction or magic but a real-life experience of God’s love for you. He loves you so much that He gave up His only-begotten son so that you can live your life as it is meant to be lived. He also gives you the gift of eternal life through the power of belief in Christ Jesus as Lord and savior.
Therefore, give God the praise He deserves. Don’t let anything stop you from living a victorious life through praise and worship in Christ. There is power in praise for all who are called to glorify him. Don’t let anything stop you from loving him even more than before. “It is he that gives salvation unto kings: who delivered David his servant from the hurtful sword.” Psalm 144:10
Prayer:
1. Thank you, Jesus, for your steadfast love and faithfulness.
2. I am thankful because of the great power that you have given me through your blood.
3. I believe that there is power in the name and blood of Jesus.
