Running with a Vision! 2
“For everything, there is a season and a time for every matter under heaven.” Ecclesiastes 3:1
When you live with a vision, your living becomes productive; you will find a reason to continue when others are stepping down. Running with a vision involves timing. Everything in life is bound by time. Under the sun, there are times and seasons for every activity, and that has been set by God. He knows the right time to implement every plan of His, and there is no rushing with God.
God made everything beautiful in His own time. God leaves no doubt about the time you are to run; for you to get the expected results, you must abide by the rules. For instance, He wished to give you when you are thirty years old; He won’t give you at twenty years old because it is not yet the appointed time.
Isaiah 46:10 says, God “declares the end from the beginning and from ancient times things not yet done, saying, ‘My counsel shall stand, and I will accomplish all my purpose.”
God is forever faithful in bringing us to the starting line, and He won’t leave you in your clueless state as long as you cling unto Him. Faith is required of you so that you can run your race with vision. When your faith is holding strong in the Lord, you begin to see the vision through God’s eyes, and you pursue the vision in His strength. 2 Timothy 1:9 says, “God who saved us and called us to a holy calling, not because of our works but because of his own purpose and grace, which he gave us in Christ Jesus before the ages began.”
God is always there for you when we walk in his will, even when things are hard. That’s why when you see things through God’s eyes, you will behold things just precisely the way He perceives them, which in turn draws you closer to the source of your strength. And lastly, you must achieve the vision for God’s glory. No show of fame or vain glories which is borne out of worldly lusts or passion. Exodus 9:16 says, “for this purpose, I have raised you up, to show you my power, so that my name may be proclaimed in all the earth.”
Prayer
I decree that the grace to earnestly trust in God until my vision is implemented be released upon me in Jesus’ name.
