Showing Gratitude in Everyday Life!
“Giving thanks always and for everything to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.” Ephesians 5:20
In every way and everywhere, I accept the gift of life with all gratitude. What about you? When I was younger, I never imagined that I would be saying, “All I have to say is thank you, God.” Likewise, I would never have guessed that one day I would be thanking God for all the good in my life. However, over the years, things have made me realize how much I need and depend on Him. He has been there for me through everything, and I cannot thank Him enough. 1 Thessalonians 5:18 says, “Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.”
I am so grateful for your love and support. I am so thankful for your patience and kindness. Thank you for giving me a chance to see this day from a new perspective. Thank you for allowing me to learn something new. I am so grateful for your guidance and encouragement. God, I thank you that you are my strength and comfort. I thank you that when things get rough, you are always there for me and will continue to be there for me. Everything you created about me is good, and I receive it with thanksgiving in my heart because your word and power consecrate me. (1 Timothy 4:4-5)
Psalm 28:7 says, “The Lord is my strength and my shield; in him my heart trusts, and I am helped; my heart exults, and with my song, I give thanks to him.”
Heavenly Father, I live because of who you are and what you do through the power of Christ, the Holy Spirit, and your love for me. Thank you for being my rock and light in this world. Thank you for always believing in me and never giving up on me. I thank you for loving me unconditionally and never letting go of me. You are a loving God that reigns in my life forever. Thank you for loving me so much that I cannot imagine how beautiful and amazing you are than I ever could have imagined.
Thank you for always showing me how to be better than before because when I see the goodness in your word, I see myself in you. Thank you for always teaching me to live by the example of Christ. I thank you for always encouraging me to do what’s right and doing it with love. I hold on to what your word says in Psalm 100:5, “For the LORD is good, and His loving devotion endures forever; His faithfulness continues to all generations.” 1 Chronicles 16:34 says, “Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good; his love endures forever.”
