Sustain Relationships! Part Seven

“Whoever conceals an offense promotes love, but he who brings it up separates friends.” Proverbs 17:9

Sustain Relationships through unconditional love because love is the most important ingredient in any relationship. Unconditional love is a powerful tool that can sustain relationships. It is the type of love that does not rely on conditions or expectations. This type of love is selfless and always seeks to put the needs of others before its own. It is the perfect antidote for conflict and can help build bridges between struggling people.

The relationship we are enjoying with God today is because of the unconditionally loving heart, compassion, and mercy from God through Christ Jesus. John 3:16 says, “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” This verse teaches us that God loves us unconditionally, no matter what we do or behave. We should strive to emulate this type of love in our relationships with others. When we do, we create a foundation of understanding and compassion that can withstand any obstacle.

1 Peter 3:18 says, “For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit.”

When it comes to relationships, unconditional love is key. It’s what sustains them through the good and the bad times. It helps us to love our loved ones unconditionally, even when they make mistakes. According to Romans 5:8, “but God demonstrates his love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” This verse speaks to the power of unconditional love. Even when we are at our worst, God loves us relentlessly. So likewise, we should strive to have that same level of love for our loved ones. Remember, no matter what happens in a relationship, if unconditional love is present, it can withstand anything.

Unconditional love means being there for your loved one no matter what, even if they don’t deserve it. It means forgiving them when they hurt you and always willing to work things out. Remember, it is a powerful tool that can help sustain relationships through thick and thin because true love is everlasting, regardless of the circumstances, and the power of unconditional love should never be underestimated. So if you’re looking for a way to strengthen your relationship, try giving without expecting anything in return – it just might be the key to lasting love. Amen. 1 Corinthians 13:4 says, “Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant.” Amen.

Prayer:
1. John 8:32; Thank you, Jesus, for helping to know the truth about your unconditional love.
2. Holy Spirit, help me to love unconditionally in all my ways.
3. Every evil satanic passion and hatred of affection targeted against you to ignite anger and bitterness, thereby robbing you of God’s glory, shall catch fire and burn in the name of Jesus. Amen.
