The Mighty God Gives Increase! 2

“So neither he who plants nor he who waters is anything, but only God, who makes things grow.” 1 Corinthians 3:7

When you grow spiritually, you become more aware of who you are, who is the vital source of your life, and how it affects others. This awareness helps you see that God is always with you, and He is the ever-excellent source of the power behind your success in family, ministry, or business. From God comes the abundance of life, intellectual gifts, and the living energy that flows through every cell of your body.

It is pertinent also to observe Paul and Apollos; though they have different functions towards God’s work, they have the same intention, they have one Spirit. They desire to have an increase, and that was what attracted God to make an increase. What about you? Do you have the same intention with your spouse, business partner, or family member?

2 John 1:8 says, “Watch yourselves, so that you do not lose what we have worked for, but that you may be fully rewarded.”

God would check into everyone’s heart to see if you have planted and water what is expected to grow. He will check into each person’s heart to see if they are truly doing their best to fulfill the purpose of intention among them. When we are not doing our best, we can be sure that we are not living in alignment with our purpose. God needs the unity of our hearts when it comes to relationships or partnerships.

Therefore, if you want to reap the benefits of one accord, plant and water your finances, strategies, or relationship with your spouse or business partner and let them know how much you love and appreciate each other. We decide to make God cause an increase in our life when we avoid egoistically behavior in our relationship. Romans 14:12 says, “Yes, each of us will give a personal account to God.”

1. Dear Lord, I pray that you grant me the heart to work in unity to fulfill my purpose.
