The Power of Praise!
“Let your roots grow down into him, and let your lives be built on him. Then your faith will grow strong in the truth you were taught, and you will overflow with thankfulness.” Colossians 2:7.
Your faith is not complete without thanksgiving. When you are filled with gratitude, you will remember the benefit of God in your life. Good leaders take time to praise themselves, their colleagues, their subordinates, and God. It is a wonderful gift that God has given us for our salvation. Because you are thankful for all the blessings you have received, so many people around you will be grateful and feel loved as well happy.
While praising God, also take time to praise people around you for their work and achievements. Praise them for their hard work and effort. They will appreciate your efforts more than anything else. When you praise others, they will appreciate your effort too. Don’t get cut up by someone who does not appreciate your effort or expecting people to praise you for your work and effort. Instead, let them know that you appreciate their efforts and help them in achieving something great in life.
If you want to have a better version of yourself, then start with small things like thanking someone for his or her hard work and effort. When you are motivated with a heart of praise and appreciation, people around you can be inspired to do good deeds. You may not feel like doing it, but if you do, it will release you from the bondage of negativity and unleash the potential within you.
A heart of gratitude is a powerful tool that helps us to become more positive and productive. Praise holds excellent value because it allows us to express our gratitude towards others. It helps you unleash the light inside you as a child of God to show your love towards others. Ephesians 4:29 says, “Let no corrupting talk come out of your mouths, but only such as is good for building up, as fits the occasion, that it may give grace to those who hear.”
Prayer:
- God, I am so thankful for all the blessings in my life.
- Oh! Lord, help me to speak words that give more grace to those who hear. In Jesus’ name.
