The Power of Praise!2
“Let us consider how to spur one another on to love and good deeds.” Hebrews 10:24
Today’s verse asks us to consider how we can encourage each other to do more good deeds. Have you considered such an idea of encouragement that is not only a blessing but also an opportunity to be kind and let other people go extra miles to do more than they ever thought possible? If not, you are missing out on God’s gift of encouragement, and if yes, continue reading.
The power of praise is a powerful tool that every believer needs to consider when you want to create an atmosphere of abundance for you and everyone around you. When we praise others, we are giving them the chance to show us their love and kindness. It allows others to see how much they have been appreciated through our words and actions.
Though some situation does not warrant praise, but yet it is the best tool to combat the negative situation and make thing better. Many spouses have been disappointed in each other because of the lack of praise in their relationship. They take each other for granted and don’t appreciate each other’s efforts. Employers feel like ‘I am the boss,’ why should I praise or appreciate my employee after all they are getting paid for their work.
If you want to be successful in your career, relationship, and personal life, then you must give respect and appreciation to the member of your team. It is essential because there is a power that activates the positive energy in people to do good when we praise them. When you praise someone, they will feel appreciated and happy because you have made them feel valued and respected. Hebrews 3:13 says, “But exhort one another every day, as long as it is called “today,” that the deceitfulness of sin may harden none of you.”
Prayer:
Oh! Lord give me the heart to be a blessing and a light to others in Jesus’ name.
