The Unchanging Word!
“The grass withered; the flower faded: but the word of our God shall stand forever.” Isaiah 40:8.
The time spent and different observations in history have shown evidence of the dynamic state of the world. In this unstable and unpredictable world, principle and theories no longer have their trust. Economic theories are no longer sufficient to solve fundamental problems. The laws of investment cannot be trusted by a prospective investor anymore. The scientists are not sure of what is best for the future of humanity because their method is based on trial and error.
Nevertheless, there are limited and few things that have been tested unchangeable; one of these particular substances is God’s Word. The truth is that the Word of God can never fail, even if every other thing will disappoint. Sometimes ago, I wanted to expand my scope in the business world. I took some courses and seminars that would help me gain knowledge and to be a better business person. That was great and inspiring! But the biblical principles of finance and business are more significant when the Lord showed me in His Word.
The revelations in the Word of God are more powerful, genuine, and durable than the amendable theories of this world. They are the ones that have been proven by experience and research. The Bible is the only source of truth for us, which is method is not based on trials and error but DIVINE. From the beginning, God’s Word has been an undisputable groundwork and the source of faith and hope for the world. The Word of God remains the only pillar we can rest on.
Many things will fade away in this world, but the only assurance we have in this world is God’s Word. Shaping our world with the Word of God makes it unshakable and eternal. There are kingdom unchanging and trusted principles in the Word for your world; in your businesses, academics, counsel, family, and every other endeavor. More than you have been reading and using God’s Word, they are more needed now than ever. Psalm 119:89 says, “Forever, O LORD, your word is settled in heaven.”
Prayer:
1. I pray that you help me cling more to your Word and show me the ways and part to tread.
2. Psalm 119:88 “Revive me according to your loving devotion, so that I may obey your commands.”
