Victory is Yours! 2
“Ye are of God, dear children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you than he that is in the world.” 1 John 4:4.
Unanswered prayer, a series of disappointing results, or overwhelmed with daily activities may get you to become senseless to God’s presence in your life. However, God promises to us in Joshua 1:5 say, “No one shall stand against you all the days of your life. As I was with Moses, so will I be with you; I will never leave you nor forsake you.” No matter what you face in life, God will always be there for you.
God cannot abandon you in your faithfulness and obedience to him. As far as you allow Jesus to remain in your boat (heart), he will continue to work through you and for you. Jesus and His disciples had to convey themselves with a ship to another location after a particular ministration. The journey started peacefully, but when they got to a specific place, the wind started blowing, the storm began to disturb their movement, and water was already getting into the ship. They had to look for Jesus; He was comfortably sleeping at a corner of the boat.
Psalm 37:25 says, “once I was young and now am old, yet never have I seen the righteous abandoned or their children are begging for bread.”
The scripture says, “Jesus was sleeping at the back of the boat with his head on a cushion. The disciples woke him up, shouting, “Teacher, don’t you care that we’re going to drown? When Jesus woke up, he rebuked the wind and said to the waves, “Silence! Be still!” Suddenly the wind stopped, and there was a great calm.” Mark 4:38-39. ‘I don’t know what is troubling your inner peace or how much you need God’s help in that situation; I prayed for you now that in the end, you will have peace, and help shall be available to you in Jesus’ name. Amen.’
When Jesus is right there in your ship, be assured that it will never wreck nor sink. Jesus is not just ready to save you from evils alone; He is capable of expanding your business if you have Him there. His dominion brings greatness, joy, blessing, and peace. Let your faith receive strength today, see Jesus beside you at all times and enjoy His total victory, favor, and help. “May the LORD our God be with us, as He was with our fathers. May He never leave us or forsake us.” 1 Kings 8:57
