Access to God’s Secret Room!
“It is the glory of God to conceal things, but the glory of kings is to search things out.” Proverbs 25:2
Do you ever feel like you’re missing something? Or like you’re not quite in touch with your spiritual side? Maybe you’ve heard about ” God’s secret room” meant for special people and purposes. If so, you’re not alone. The secret room is just a part of the divine plan, and through it, God will reveal his plans for you. So, today take time to meditate on today’s devotional because confidential information is nonpublic information that can be accessed anyhow.
When most people think of prayer, they think of just talking to God. They might picture themselves pouring their heart out to Him without any response. But what if prayer is something more? What if it’s not just a way to just communicate with God but also a way to access His secret room and receive the key that unlocks God’s plan for our lives? Because prayer is a spiritual key that gives you access to God’s secret room. Jeremiah 29:13 says, “You will seek Me and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart.”
Deuteronomy 29:29 says, “The secret things belong to the LORD our God, but the things revealed belong to our children forever, and us so that we may follow all the words of this law.”
Samuel has dedicated himself to the life of prayer and is mature enough to access God’s secret room even though the whole of Israel still sees him as just a servant boy, but God saw him as a boy, and he can reveal confidential information about his master to him despite the scarcity of the word of God in those days (1 Samuel 3). Are you mature enough in place of prayer for God to reveal the deep secret to you? Remember, even these days, sensitive information is not given to everyone but to those who desire it in the place of prayer (1 Corinthians 2:9-10).
Brethren, you need the information to get knowledge, and knowledge will get you revelation. Sticking to that revelation gives you transformation. It all started with information; you cannot jump the process. The information Samuel got made him prepared to be a prophet in Israel. The information Daniel received made him the prime minister of Babylon. The information revealed to Paul made him the chief of the apostles. What information do you need to hear from God? Pray and be mature in God’s word. “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and the door will be opened to you.” Matthew 7:7
Prayer:
1. Father, thank you for unhindered access to your presence
2. Lord. As I decide to fellowship with you today, give me listening ears and an open heart to be attentive to your will in Jesus’ name. In Jesus’ name.
