Activate Faith, Not Fear!
“For by your words, you will be acquitted, and by your words, you will be condemned.” Matthew 12:37
Say to yourself no more fear! Do not sign an agreement with fear because it will diminish your faith and ability to function according to what God has called you to do. Instead, activate your faith to be a catalyst to change your world and live-in victory. Do not let the fear of failure from the past stop you from speaking life into your life. You are already living in victory if you are in Christ Jesus.
When we speak life into our lives, it is like a balm for the broken heart. It heals us and brings peace to our hearts. It is not only about what we say, but also how we say it and in whom do we say it. When Peter and John were about to enter the temple, they saw a lame man asking them for money. However, Peter said, “Look at us!”. So, the man gave them his attention, expecting to receive something from them.
But Peter said, “Silver or gold I do not have, but what I have I give you: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, get up and walk!” So the Bible says the man begins to walk.
I do not know the kind of situation you are going through right now, but I am sure that there is power in the name of Jesus. His name is a strong tower; when you run into it, you will be saved. So Isaiah 53:5 says, Jesus was pierced for our transgressions; he was crushed for our iniquities; upon him was the chastisement that brought us peace, and with his wounds, we are healed.”
Jesus is the life we speak. He is the one who gives us life. He has given us a new beginning, and we have been saved by his blood, by his name, and by his word. Not only that, but he is the one who brings us out of darkness into light that we may see the light of God’s glory. Therefore, I encourage you to call him now because “at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.” Philippians 2:10-11.
