“But ye have an unction from the Holy One, and ye know all things.” 1 John 2:20

“The anointing isn’t a medal to display but a toolbelt to wear. Use it, and doors labeled ‘impossible’ begin to unlock.”Remember, anyone who just got a new appointment or employment gets to know the benefit, allowance, and incentives he gets from the new offer. But it is the opposite for many who have accepted the faith of Jesus and believe in Him but are not appropriating what they get from Him.

 
The most important thing to know is that the Kingdom of God is not in meats and drinks. The scripture made us understand that there are free things that have been given to us. It is, therefore, our responsibility in partnership with the Holy Spirit to harness and appropriate those things you have access to. One such thing is the Lord’s unction from the Holy One Himself to know all things.

 
Proverbs 10:17says, “Whoever heeds instruction is on the life path, but he who rejects reproof leads others astray.”

 
We must understand that what you know gives you what you use and maximize for your benefit. The scripture expresses that you can know all things by the unction of the Holy One. Your ignorance, therefore, is the result of you not harnessing the unction. It is possible to know all things but most importantly, have you recognized you have the unction? The inability to know what you have will render what you have useless and ineptitude.

 
Consider henceforth those things that have been freely given you and begin to harness the same today. Remember, the Father is being glorified when you are fruitful and do good works. But you may not be productive and fruitful if you do not know what you have. You have something! What do you have? Proverbs 1:5 says, “Let the wise hear and increase in learning and the one who understands obtain guidance.”

Prayer:
Lord, thank You for the gift of life. Holy Spirit, help me activate what Heaven gave me — awaken the gifts You planted in my soul. Stir my faith to bold obedience, align my heart with Your holy love, and tune my ears to hear Your whisper. Anoint my hands to serve and to heal, fill my mouth with truth and gentle courage, and guide my steps along the paths You’ve prepared. Let wisdom clothe my mind, and compassion guard my actions, that Your light would shine through all I am and do. Seal this work within me and keep me faithful. In Jesus name. Amen.
