“But Jesus looked at them and said, “With man, this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.” Matthew 19:26
When we hear the phrase “All things are possible,” what comes to mind? For many people, this saying invokes images of a powerful, all-knowing deity who can do anything. But what does this mean for us as humans, who are finite and limited in our abilities? The truth is all things are possible for God. He can do anything and everything because He is all-powerful. But for us, things are a bit different. We may not be able to do everything, but that doesn’t mean we can’t do anything.
Whenever we approach a new challenge or goal, we must remember that all things are possible. Sure, it may be difficult or even impossible for us to do it on our own, but with God’s help, anything is possible. This doesn’t mean that we can always get what we want. After all, God has a plan for us, and His plan often doesn’t align with our desires. But if we put our trust in Him, we can be sure He will help us achieve whatever is best for us – even if it’s something we never imagined possible.
Luke 1:37 says, “For nothing will be impossible with God.”
One of my favorite verses in the Bible is Philippians 4:13. It’s so short but packed full of meaning. “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” This verse reminds me that no matter what I’m going through, I can get through it with Christ’s help. He will give me the strength I need to make it through. I also love the verses from Matthew and Luke about being able to receive anything we ask for in prayer. If we have faith and believe, God will answer our prayers. This is a comforting thought, especially when we’re going through a tough time.
These verses mean a lot to me because they remind me that I am not alone, no matter what I face. God is always there for me, and He will always provide the strength and guidance I need. Remember, all things are possible with faith in God, hard work, and dedication. Believing in oneself and setting high goals are essential to accomplishing great things. Although life can be challenging, focusing on the good and staying positive is important. With God’s grace and positive attitude, anything is possible. Amen. Proverbs 16:3 says, “Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established.” Amen.
Prayer for Today,
Oh Lord, turn every impossible situation into a testimony of your power and faithfulness. You are the God who makes a way where there seems to be no way, and I trust in your unfailing love and ability to do the impossible. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
May this great ministry be blessed in the Mighty Name of God.
