“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.” John 3:16

Have you ever felt like you’ve been wandering, searching for something to fill that void within? Imagine walking through a dark forest, clutching desperately at shadows, until a brilliant light finally guides your way. This is what accepting Jesus Christ into your life can do; He will transform darkness into dawn. The feeling of knowing there’s someone who fully understands and loves you unconditionally opens up an entirely new realm of hope and purpose.

Consider the parable where Jesus speaks of the lost sheep (Luke 15:4-7). Even though ninety-nine sheep were safe, the shepherd went out to find the lost one. Jesus is like that shepherd; He won’t give up on us when we’re astray. By opening your heart to Him, you become part of a family where every soul counts equally, each effort made significant by His unending love and grace.

1 John 4:2 says, By this you know the Spirit of God: every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from God,

Holding onto Jesus means embracing a strength that withstands life’s storms. As Philippians 4:13 reassures us, I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Life will have its trials and tribulations, but with Christ as your anchor, you gain resilience beyond worldly measures. You learn to stand firm in faith while navigating through uncertainty because His promises are steadfast.

When you accept Jesus into your life, your life becomes new again. As C.S. Lewis said, “You are never too old to set another goal or dream a new dream.” In Christ, this renewed vigor translates into living out daily inspiration and being a light for others on their journey toward fulfillment and everlasting joy found in Christ. John 8:12 says, “When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness but will have the light of life.” Amen
