Embrace Faith, there is Hope! 2
Hope gives faith the assurance and the conviction of things not seen. (Hebrews 11:1). Hope gives birth to faith. It is the foundation for all living things, including humans and animals. What you hope for is what you wait for, and what you wait for is what you developed faith to see. However, the faith you grew in the process of hoping and waiting is what pleases God to manifest His glory in your life. Hope is the key to salvation. It’s what makes us believe that we can do all things through Christ Jesus.
As far as we can see, the sunset and the moon rise each day, which means we have been called to never to give up, to be fervent in spirit, to serve the Lord, patient in our tribulation, and steadfast in our prayer because there is hope. (Roman 12). Of course, the burden of life is not always easy to bear, yet it is essential to remember that God has a plan for us. He plans to build us into the people He created us to fulfill his purpose for us.
Jeremiah 29:11 says, “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, to give you a future and a hope.”
God’s plan for us is more significant than any earthly plan or influence. His plan is more than just a plan as your family or someone close to you will tell you. He is bigger than anything we can imagine and more powerful than any other plan. Though you may not know it, feel it, or even think about it, yet His plan is substantial enough to transform anyone who believes from grass to grace. Hope is the driving force behind faith and love. Without hope, everything will stand still, and nothing will change. In other words, you cannot develop faith that moves a mountain.
Therefore, you do not need to quit the race off before you because of the challenges you face and the obstacles you encounter. Instead, wait for God to transform your situation into a new one. Hold on to Jesus, the master of our hope. Isaiah 40:31 says, “But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.”
Prayer:
1. Dear Lord, thank you for your steadfast love and faithfulness to me.
2. Oh Lord, strengthen me and keep me from falling from your grace.
3. May the Lord breathe on the Journey ahead of you and give you strength in Jesus’ name. Amen
