Experiencing the Goodness of Our Lord! Part Two
“I believe I shall look upon the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living!” Psalm 27:13
The goodness of our Lord is evident in all He does for us. In Psalm 31:19, we are promised that God will lead us along the best path for our lives. He knows what is best for us and desires to guide us on the right course. When we trust in the goodness of our Lord, we can be assured that we are on the right path. We can depend on Him to show us the way and help us make the right decisions. He knows us intimately and loves us unconditionally. Let us praise Him for His goodness and all He does for us!
Psalm 145:9 is a reminder to us of the goodness and mercy God has for us all. It reminds us that no matter who we are, where we come from, or our circumstances, we can always find solace in knowing that God is with us and loves us unconditionally. In this psalm, God reminds us of his mercy and compassion for all he has created. God’s love and mercy are universal; they extend to people of all backgrounds and beliefs. His love transcends time and space; it is an everlasting presence that brings comfort in times of need. No one is excluded from God’s abundant grace.
Psalm 84:11 says, “For the Lord God is a sun and shield; the Lord bestows favor and honor. Therefore, no good thing does he withhold from those who walk uprightly.”
God’s love extends to everyone without exception. We are all loved, cherished, and accepted by God for who we are. His passion extends to everyone without exception, regardless of race, gender identity, sexual orientation, religious affiliation, social status, or any other factor. But it is up to us to accept this love and get to know God more deeply to experience his unconditional love and grace. To understand how much God loves us, we must be willing to accept it and try to get closer to him through prayer, study, fellowship, and meditation.
God’s message of love has been spread throughout the ages; however, we must open ourselves up to receive His gift of everlasting life. Once we willingly accept His grace into our lives, His loving arms will embrace us with a warmth that only He can provide – no matter what circumstances come our way. As long as you abide by His teachings during your lifetime, you will know peace even amid the stormiest seas. No matter how difficult life may seem, his merciful nature will never cease to comfort those who seek it out in faith. Nahum 1:7 says, “The Lord is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble; he knows those who take refuge in him.”
Prayer:
Thank you, God, for being faithful and generous in all You give us. Thank You for Your everlasting love and for sending Your Son, Jesus Christ, to die for our sins. We are grateful for all You have done for us. Amen.
