Fear is the Enemy of Success! Part Two
“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.” Philippians 4:6
Fear is like a virus in the computer; it can infect your mind and prevent you from achieving success. This is something that we should all remember. Fear can keep us from achieving our goals and living our lives to the fullest. When we are afraid, we can’t think or focus on anything else. We need to let go of our fears and trust that God will take care of us. We need to focus on what we want to achieve and not what could go wrong.
Fear can also cause us to make mistakes. We may avoid trying new things because we are afraid of failing. Or, we may make bad decisions because we are fearful of what might happen. When we give fear control, it can ruin our lives. We need to learn to overcome our fears and trust God. We need to remember that God is with us and that he will help us achieve our goals. Likewise, we can’t let fear stand in our way. No matter what happens in life, we can trust that God is in control. He controls our lives, our world, and our destiny. We don’t need to be afraid because He is with us.
In Matthew 6:25, Jesus said, “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes?”
Philippians 4:6 urges us not to be anxious about anything but bring all of our requests to God in prayer. This verse is an important reminder that we can overcome our fears and be fearless through prayer. When we change our mindset to focus on God rather than our fears, we can pray with confidence, knowing He will hear us and help us. Praying with thanksgiving is also a powerful way to connect with God and show Him our faith. By relying on Him in prayer, we can change our lives for the better and experience His peace and love.
Don’t let fear from your thoughts and doubts keep you trapped in a cycle of negativity. That’s I encourage you to pray because the best way to overcome fear is to connect with God through prayer. Prayer allows us to put our trust in Him, and it helps us to disconnect from fear. When we pray, we can focus on the positive things that God has planned for us. Prayer is a powerful tool that can help us achieve our goals and overcome fear. Psalm 46:1 says, “God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.”
Prayer:
1. Lord, I thank you for showing me this great secret of victory; help me to be filled with your Word so that I can have a faith-filled life.
2. Lord, let Your mercy be upon me and let every spirit of fear disconnect from my heart in Jesus’ name. Amen.
