Gratitude is a Life Changer!

Gratitude is a Life Changer!

“The Lord has done great things for us; we are glad.” Psalm 126:3

Gratitude will change your life if you make it a habit, because through this, your attitude will change and change how you think about yourself and others. When you become grateful, your mind becomes more open to new ideas and opportunities. You begin to see things differently with a grateful heart and a greater sense of self-worth.

A worthy life is connected to the attitude of gratitude. And until you begin to realize how much you have been given, you will never be able to appreciate the blessings that are around you truly. People depreciate the value of their lives because they don’t appreciate their importance. The world needs more people who appreciate their value because they can appreciate the value of others.

1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 says, “Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.”

There are many reasons why we must give thanks for everything. First, it is God’s divine will for us to live in gratitude for all that he has done for us. Second, when we are thankful, our hearts become filled with love, joy, and peace in His presence that we cannot find with an ungrateful heart. Finally, the benefit of gratitude is that it allows us to experience life without any fear or worry; it reduces your negative emotion to something positive.

We cannot see the beauty of life without appreciating its goodness. Therefore, I encourage you to count your blessings instead of listing your misfortunes. You should thank the Lord because; He forgives your sins, heals you from your diseases, redeems your life, crowns you with love and compassion, and satisfies your desire with good things. No one can touch your life as God does, be grateful. Hebrews 12:28 says, “Therefore let us be grateful for receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, and thus let us offer to God acceptable worship, with reverence and awe.”

Prayer:
1. Oh Lord, thank you so much for all the blessings you have given me.
2. Thank you for giving me the strength to endure and overcome trial and tribulation in my life.
3. Thank you, Jesus, as forgive and forget all my sin.
