Proverbs 4:23 implores, “Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.” Our hearts are the wellspring of our thoughts, emotions, and actions. They are where God’s Word must dwell, lighting the path to inner peace. Jeremiah 30:17 says, “For I will restore health unto thee, and I will heal thee of thy wounds, saith the LORD; because they called thee an Outcast, saying, This is Zion, whom no man seeketh after.”
So, let “True Healing Starts from Within!” as we journey through the valleys of despair towards the mountaintops of hope. Just as David experienced renewal when he sought God, we too can find strength in our struggles. Let’s pray as David prayed in Psalm 51:10, saying, “Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me.” Remember, inner healing fosters outer strength.

Ezekiel 36:26 says, “I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will remove your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh.” Amen.

Heavenly Father, we thank You for the gift of Your Word, which brings healing and hope. Lord, heal my inner wounds and renew my spirit with Your unfailing love.
