“Jesus looked at them intently and said, “Humanly speaking, it is impossible. But not with God. Everything is possible with God.”. Mark 10:27
“Yesterday’s unthinkable is today’s commute; imagination is the engine and doubt is just a flat tire. Inflate your belief and keep rolling.” Before cars were invented, some people have said it is impossible to exist because they cannot imagine the car moving on four tires on its own without being pushed or pulled. It is impossible to imagine the car moving on four wheels when you are driving. This is why we need to be careful about conceiving the concept of the impossible.
Those that conceived the idea of impossibility were not thinking of the prospect that God would create a world where all things are possible. Instead, they live a life of normality in which they do not think of anything beyond their imagination. This is what makes them continue to live a life of standstill without a breakthrough. Are you living your life as if something is impossible?
Jeremiah 32:17 says, “Ah, Lord God! It is you who have made the heavens and the earth by your great power and by your outstretched arm! Nothing is too hard for you.”
There are three things I would like to discuss in the next three devotion post to help you understand how you can delete some of the barriers that prevent you from achieving your goals. The first thing that I want to talk about is fear. When you see something as impossible and unachievable, ask yourself if you are letting fear get in the way of your dreams and take over. Do you allow fear of the unknown to hold you back from achieving what God has called you to achieve?
You see, fear is a powerful poison that slowly kills your faith when you allow it to creeped into your mind. Many people have allowed fear to creep into their thoughts and actions slowly, and they never even realize it until they continue to experience a standstill module of life without motivation for a breakthrough. Therefore, don’t allow it. The fear will make you see everything that could go wrong with what you want to do. I encourage you don’t allow your past failures and the trauma to come standing in your face. Proverbs 29:25 says, “The fear of man lays a snare, but whoever trusts in the Lord is safe.”
Prayer for the Day!
Lord, thank You for answering our prayer. Brethren, I pray for you that every impossible situation from January to this month of November shall be overturned by the mercy of God. May every delay be turned to speedy testimony, every closed door open, every yoke be broken, and every prayer long on your heart receive divine answers. From now to the end of the year, may favor surround you, peace, fill your home, and help arise for you from unexpected places. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
