Joel 3:10 says “Beat your plowshares into swords, and your pruning hooks into spears: let the weak say, I am strong.” In this second quarter of 2019, it is important to remember that God has a plan for you. He wants to help you through the challenges, your goals, and plans for 2019 and beyond. However, you must stay strong and say to yourself “I am strong! Be strong and show yourself strong. Knute Rockne said, “Build up your weaknesses until they become your strong points.” Warm up your cold blood with the blood of Jesus that refused to lay silent for the sins of the world. Whatever you are, please continue moving forward. God is ready to give you the breakthrough in this season!
No excuse or exemption would be allowed to give up on yourself. Excuses are nightmares between your goals and dreams, therefore do not lend it or borrow it. Do not permit yourself to be taken advantage of by others or circumstances of life! Moreover, do not allow your laziness as an excuse. God is willing to help you in time of need. He will show himself in your weakness and make things work for you in your favor. Do not allow yourself to be abused by others because they do not understand what God has called you to do. Remember, you are like a mustard seed with a capacity to grow and become a source of blessing for others. Do not allow yourself to be manipulated by others because they have not understood what God has given you.
Your strength is not dependent on others but upon God’s grace. In 2 Corinthians 12:9 says “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore, boast more gladly about your weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on you. Trust God with all your heart and He will turn your mess into a message. The Lord knows that you are weak. He knows that we cannot rely on others to save us, but rather rely on him to help us. When we are weak, God gives us the strength to overcome our weakness. When we are weak, God gives us strength in Christ. We must believe in Jesus Christ, the one who gave us life through his blood. We cannot live without faith in him. We must live by faith in Christ because in Christ we have eternal life. Christ in you is a mystery that cannot be revealed to others. He is the strength. Colossians 1:27 says “God wanted to make known among the people the glorious wealth of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.”
