Merciful Jehovah is Calling!
“But as for me, it is good to draw near to God. I have made the Lord GOD my refuge, that I may proclaim all Your works.” Psalm 73:28
The best treasure of any human on earth is his/her relationship with God. Nothing is more valuable than your right to stand with your God. You can break from people, you can break from organizations, even families, but your doom comes when you break away from God. The heaviness will be too much for you to bear.
The devil may present separation from God to you as pleasant and pleasure, but he’s trying to reduce you to nothing. Please don’t fall for his trick of making you feel like a slave to him. Both ministers of God and children of God generally must sustain this understanding. Any relationship that chokes or threatens your relationship with God is out there to spell your doom. It’s not worth it.
Psalm 73:27 says, “All-Powerful LORD God, those who stay far from you will be lost, and you will destroy those who are unfaithful.”
The devil wants people to believe in him. He wants people to believe in themselves and not in God, who has given us everything. But when the troubles come, and they’re stuck in a situation, they may suffer wreck when the devil finally decides to host an attack. But you know what, God will always be there, and His mercy is ever valid. That is why Jesus is calling you to a walk with Him. Concentrate on your work for God while you neglect your walk with the world.
A business cannot be more important than the owner, so you can’t take the pleasure of the word seriously than the God who owns it. Do not be discouraged by the gravity of your fallout with Him. Just seek Him. Seek His pardon. He’s waiting to receive you. Anything that has come between you and God can be shifted to give God His full place back in your life. James 4:8 says, “Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded.”
1. May the resurrection of Jesus give more life to your walk with God in Jesus’ name.
2. Oh, Lord! Of mercy, please have mercy on me in Jesus’ name.
