Overcoming Failure by Trusting God!
“For the Lord GOD will help Me; Therefore, I will not be disgraced; Therefore, I have set My face like a flint, And I know that I will not be ashamed.” Isaiah 50:7.
In a world that is often unpredictable and full of turmoil, it can be difficult to trust that anything or anyone will remain constant. However, when we put our trust in God, we can be confident that He will never fail us. Though we may face challenges and trials in this life, God is always with us, providing us with strength, comfort, and hope. When we trust in Him, we can rest assured that He will never let us down. God never fails to keep His words and His promises. God will never let you down in any situation; all His demands are persistence and strong faith in Him.
God’s word and promises to multiply and make a nation through Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob never failed. David defeated Goliath because God never fails. We can remember Hannah as one of the people who enjoyed the unfailing power of God. She was so depressed because she didn’t have a child, and irrespective of the challenges and shame received from her adversaries, she prayed and trusted God for a child (1 Samuel 1:6-17). Afterward, God blessed her with a son.
Isaiah 41:10 says, “Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”
As much as we can speak of God’s unfailing capacity, there is a place for our persistence and faith in such prayers and God. So, Hannah’s marital success was a direct effect of her faith and God’s ability to do what he said. Just like we could see how God never fails in ‘bible times,’ He still never fails now. God is reliable and trustworthy. We can trust God because He is always faithful. He never fails us. When we trust God, we can be confident that He will always be there for us. He will never let us down.
You may be walking with grief and live with brokenness; so many times, you wake up to battle life’s challenges. And the more you fight and try to live on your own, the more your heart seems broken. But God is saying, trust me, I am the only unfailing God. Only if you can trust God with the whole of your heart, worship Him in truth, and never stop believing, God will never fail on His part. He has never failed, and He will not fail you. Amen. Psalm 33:4 says, “For the word of the LORD is right, and all His work is done in truth.” Amen.
Prayer:
1. Lord, I thank you for your unfailing love upon my life. Please help me to trust you with a strong desire.
2. Ask God to intervene in that serious situation where you seem to be broken down and forsaken.
3. May the power in the name of Jesus Christ heal and save you from your brokenness. Amen.
