Recognize God’s Grace! 2
“For by grace, you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God.” Ephesians 2:8
The gateway to recognize grace is gratitude. To understand your worth, you must appreciate what is left in you. The more you appreciate yourself and your God, the more worthy you are and the bigger your God becomes over your problem. Gratitude is the key to happiness, and happiness is the key to success.
The devil’s philosophy can’t blindfold our minds with a false sense of self-importance. We need to be grateful for everything that we have and what God has made us become. When we realize that there are things outside of ourselves that protect us and redeem our life from destruction, we can see God as an amazing creator who loves us unconditionally.
1 Corinthians 15:10 says, “But by the grace of God I am what I am, and his grace toward me was not in vain. On the contrary, I worked harder than any of them, though it was not I, but the grace of God that is with me.”
Apostle Paul recognized God’s grace in his life through Jesus Christ. He knew that he couldn’t be saved if God’s grace does not apply to him. So, as you journey in this month, don’t let the negative weigh you down, instead look at the positive things around you, and surely it will outweigh any bad that has come your way. The good news is that we can always find a reason to thank God for everything he has done.
Refuse and reject any depression or sorrow in your heart because it will make you weak and miserable. You are stronger than you think despite everything because God’s grace applies to you. Therefore, look around and say, ‘Oh, Lord God! I say thank you in every situation, even when I am not aware of it. I recognized your grace.’ Titus 2:11 says, For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation for all people.”
Prayer:
1. Oh Lord, thank you because day by day, you answer my prayer. You bless me with your name and grace.
2. Thank You for the compassion and redemption for me through Jesus Christ.
