The Fullness of God! 2

The Fullness of God! 2

“For now, we see in a mirror dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I have been fully known.” 1 Corinthians 13:12

“When life gives you lemons, make lemonade.” It is one of the cooking Slogans ever uses that help us understand life. It means that there are many ways to get the best out of life. But what if we live in the ordinary without effort to know more about who we are? How would our lives change? Would you and I still be able to enjoy life? The answer could be yes, or no because it depends on an individual’s perspective and beliefs.

For example, many people see lemon as just lemon for medicinal purposes for many years but never realized that making lemonade out of it is possible. It is not until someone comes up with a new idea or an innovative way of making lemonade out of lemon before realizing that this is beyond lemon. But do you know, it is not possible without research and the process to make it happen?

Psalm 40:16 says, “But may all who seek you rejoice and be glad in you; may those who love your salvation say continually, “Great is the Lord!”

Likewise, some lives are very much like lemon with characteristics, qualities, and benefit as ordinary life but have unique qualities than to eat, drink, and live like other living things. However, not until they make an effort to research and discover themselves and their uniqueness, they will continue to live a restricted life that doesn’t allow them to experience the full richness of God’s goodness. The fullness of God has been revealed in the form of Jesus Christ.

Life with Christ gives us the fullness to live our fullest life. God created us in his image, but the fullness and completeness of God are found in Christ Jesus. He came to give us the abundant life and the fullness of God’s love. However, we must learn more of Him to live fully in him and be completely free from any limitations or restrictions the devil may have placed on us. John 3:16 says, “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.”

Prayer:
1. Father, I thank you for your love and mercy.
2. Psalm 73:26 “My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.” in Jesus’ name. Amen
