The Most Important Lesson!

“Oh, Lord GOD! You have made the heavens and the earth by Your great power and outstretched arm. Nothing is too difficult for You! Jeremiah 32:17

The resurrection of Jesus is one of the most important events in human history. It provides a powerful example of what can happen when we believe in God and follows his teachings. However, it is not the only event that warrants our attention despite its importance. Of course, resurrection or Easter is a time to celebrate the victory of good over evil and celebrates the coming into being of a new life, but the resurrection is more than that because it gives us a quick glimpse that even death can be overcome.

Romans 4:21 says, “being fully persuaded that God was able to do what He had promised.” Jesus was dead for three days, but He rose again and conquered death. This means that we can have hope for the future, even in the face of death. The resurrection of Jesus is a reminder that God is in control and nothing too difficult. Even though things may seem chaotic and out of control, God is still in control. He has a plan for us, and He is working out His purposes in our lives. Therefore, we can trust Him even amid difficult circumstances.

Matthew 19:26 says, “Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but all things are possible with God.”

The most important lesson from the resurrection of Jesus is that “no word from God will ever fail” (Luke 1:37), and nothing is impossible for God if you trust Him. If Jesus can trust God for the power of resurrection, then so can you. If death does not have the last word over Jesus, then your haters, mockers, or circumstances cannot blow the final whistle because God has the final say. No matter what your circumstance may be, nothing is impossible for God. He can and will turn your situation around for His glory. So don’t give up hope; put your trust in Him. He is faithful and will never leave you or forsake you.

If you were there when Jesus was crucified and saw him on the cross when he was pierced for our transgressions and crushed for our iniquities, wouldn’t you say, “it is over for this man who called himself the Savior of the world?” But today, we are still celebrating life because Jesus believes that with God, all things are possible. So likewise, I want you to look at that situation that looks like a mountain before you and say to yourself with God that all things are possible in Jesus’ name. Amen. Job 42:2 says, “I know that You can do all things and that no plan of Yours can be thwarted.”

Prayer:
1. Oh Lord, help me to testify to the power of resurrection in my life as from today.
2. Lord, help me see that my plans are not impossible in Christ Jesus. Amen.
