The Power in the Name of Jesus! 3

“For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I among them.” Matthew 18:20

The power of Jesus’ name is evident throughout the Bible and worldwide. From healing the sick to casting out demons, Jesus’ name carries with it great power. This power is available to anyone who calls on the name of Jesus. Jesus is the only name we can be saved (Acts 4:12). We can trust in the power of Jesus’ name to help us through any situation we face because through Him, we will continue to offer God a sacrifice of praise, and in Him, we will continue to make our request known to God.

The power in the name of Jesus is not a superstition. It is real. And it is available to anyone who believes in Him. I believe in the name of Jesus to break every chain and set the captive free! Do you believe as well? James 5:14 says, “Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.” Remember, Jesus is the only one who sets us free from the chains of sin and delivers us from the power of the enemy. Therefore, he has the power to break any chain, set any captive free, and heal any broken heart.

Psalm 34:18-19 says, “The LORD is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. So many hardships and perplexing circumstances confront the righteous, but the LORD rescues him from them all.”

I pray for you today; the Lord will deliver you from any hardships and perplexing circumstances you may be facing in Jesus’ name. Amen. When we call on the name of Jesus, we receive His power, His peace, and His presence. He is our hope and our salvation, and He desires to set us free from anything that is holding us back. The name of Jesus is powerful. It is the name above all names. When we call on the name of Jesus, we are calling on the one who has all power in heaven and on earth. Jesus has the power to heal, save, and give us hope. We can trust in the power through the name of Jesus to help us through anything we face in life.

So, therefore, I encourage you to proclaim that name now with your heart and mind. Do this with faith, and you will see God’s power in every situation. This is how we can be transformed by the power of Jesus Christ, who came into the world as a savior and redeemer. Even though He was crucified on the cross, but on the third day, He rose again and ascended to heaven because death could not hold him down due to the power and authority that was bestowed upon Him by God. So, only when we can believe in Jesus’ name can we truly experience his power. Hebrews 13:15 says, “Through him then let us continually offer up a sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of lips that acknowledge his name.”

Prayer:
1. Oh God, help me to be strong and courageous in my faith.
2. Dear Lord, Please help me speak the name of Jesus Christ boldly with faith and stand for the truth anywhere I go.
3. (Psalm 34:4) Dear God, I come to you today; I know you will answer me and deliver me from all my fears in Jesus’ name. Amen.
