As the proverb says, “If you want to go fast, go alone; if you want to go far, go together.” In other words, there is immense power in connection. Our dreams can flourish when nurtured within a supportive network. Understanding our interdependence is key; we thrive not in solitude but through collaboration.
I read a parable about the five blind men who touched different parts of an elephant. Each one had a unique perspective but was limited in understanding without sharing their experiences with one another. It isn’t until they come together that they grasp the reality of what an elephant truly is—complex and multifaceted. Similarly, our individual visions become clearer and richer when we seek input from those around us.
John 15:5 says, “I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me, you can do nothing.”

As we thread together our visions with those around us—both earthly connections and divine support—we unlock pathways filled with possibilities beyond imagination. Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 says, “Two are better than one because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, the one will lift his fellow, but woe to him that is alone when he falleth and hath not another to lift him.”
