He who was seated on the throne said, “I am making everything new!” Then he said, “Write this down, for these words are trustworthy and true.” Revelation 21:5
As the sun rises on a brand-new day, it brings the promise of fresh beginnings. Just as a blank page in a crisp notebook invites your thoughts to flow freely, so too does this moment hold the potential for transformation. Remember, “Every great change begins with a single choice. Seize the present; your future self is counting on you.” So start writing a personal mission statement for the next 30 days to set the tone for what lies ahead and help turn your aspirations into reality.
In the Scriptures, we find Joshua courageously leading the Israelites into the Promised Land, a journey defined by hope and determination. Just as Joshua charted a course for his people, you have the opportunity to map out your own path. As you write your mission statement, remember that “Transformation begins the moment you open your eyes to the possibilities God laid before you. Embrace the new, for its where your growth truly starts.”
Isaiah 43:19 says, “Behold, I am about to do something new; even now it is coming. Do you not see it? Indeed, I will make a way in the wilderness and streams in the desert.”
Consider the words of Jesus in John 2:10: “The best is yet to come.” So, embrace this vision as you put pen to paper and reflect on what you want to manifest over the next month. Your mission may encompass personal growth, relationships, or service to others, and there are no limits to where your dreams can take you.
The journey of writing this mission statement is not unlike closing one chapter of a book to open another, as the writer does when starting anew. Jeremiah 29:11 reminds us that God has plans for us, filled with hope and a future. Let these truths inspire you as you prepare for the next steps in your life, as every day holds divine potential for growth and purpose. Amen Ephesians 2:10 says, “For we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance as our way of life.” Amen
Prayer for the Day!
Heavenly Father, thank You for the gift of a new day and the opportunity to start anew. Brethren, I pray that the Holy Spirit will guide your hearts and minds as you draft your mission statements for next month, and that your paths reflect God’s love and purpose. May your words be filled with inspiration and clarity, allowing you to articulate your vision with conviction. May your efforts bear fruit that glorifies His name, and may your actions be a testament to His grace in your lives. In Jesus name. Amen.
