Your Lamentation is Over! 2
“She came up behind Jesus and touched the edge of His garment, and immediately her bleeding stopped.” Luke 8:44
When there is an avenue of a loophole, there is also an avenue to closed it. Before Christ came to our world to show us the way, we are like prey in the hand of the devil. He likes to prank and make people miserable, but since Christ came into our world with his grace and mercy, we have been saved from all kinds of troubles. Though some people still allow themselves to be exploited by the trick of Satan.
I remembered the story of the woman with the issue of blood that was exploited for 12 years. She had a nonstop blood flow for 12years, and none could come to her rescue. She was practically smelling and was driven by woe and pain for years. The devil uses this loophole to drain every penny she earned in life and every strength she had.
John 10:10 says, “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it abundantly.”
One day, the woman matched her determination with the desire for a change in life and health, that determination drew her closer to her answer prayers, and her faith made her miracle possible. I don’t know how that situation had made you feel worthless, just like the woman with the issue of blood who had been suffering from it for many years. I assure you that there is an overflowing of grace in Christ when you come in contact with Him in faith.
The gift of salvation is through faith and be true to yourself. It would help if you did not pretend that your life, health, is perfect when they are not. Why pretend when you can just come to God with your burdens and heavy heart, and the almighty God will wipe your tears away and restore everything the enemy has stolen in Jesus’ name. Amen. In Matthew 11:28, Jesus said, “Come to me, all who labor and are heavily laden, and I will give you rest.”
1. Give thanks unto God for his mercy and his grace over your life.
2. Acts 2:21; “it shall come to pass that everyone who calls upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” Therefore, pray now and speak life concerning that situation …
3. May God grant you the answer to your prayer and filled you with peace and joy in Christ Jesus.
