Be Sure to Call!
“Call to Me, and I will answer you and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know.” Jeremiah 33:3
When you have access to a functioning mobile phone, you can communicate with another person on the other end of the line. Before this technological advancement, there was a great restriction on communication, especially between people in different geographical locations. Irrespective of technological development, God has always been available for us to communicate with.
God instructed us that we can reach Him by calling on Him. He said it and promised to answer when we call on Him and also show us great and mighty things that we know not. If we can believe and put what technological advancements have offered us into use, why then do we neglect this great offer from God; An offer to call Him. Consequentially, we live in great ignorance, and we refuse to accept this factual truth. A simple proof of this is our nonchalant attitude to His fellowship.
Psalm 91:15 says, When you call out to God, He will answer you; He will be with you in time of trouble. He will deliver you and honor you.
A very long time ago, God offered us a lasting solution to the problem of ignorance. ‘Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know’ -. You can know great and mighty things about your family, career, journey, and many other things of life; it is of God to show you His will.
Just call on God and let Him show you. You don’t know, but He knows. Call upon Him in prayers and supplication, and let Him show you. Stop walking and living life in ignorance. Life is too short to be lived in ignorance. Call upon the Lord today. God declares to us in Jeremiah 32:2, saying, “Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh. Is anything too difficult for Me?
Prayer:
1. Lord, enable me to call on you always and help me not to live in ignorance.
2. Oh Lord, nothing too difficult or impossible for you. Please help me to walk in humility and live in the abundance of life in Christ.
