“Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you; before you were born, I consecrated you; I appointed you a prophet to the nations.” Jeremiah 1:5
Heavenly Destiny is not just a journey to find joy but a voyage of self-discovery that leads to a lasting relationship with God. As Psalm 40:5 says, “Many, Lord my God, are the wonders you have done, the things you planned for us. None can compare with you; were I to speak and tell of your deeds, they would be too many to declare.” The ultimate goal of Heavenly Destiny is to bring one closer to Jesus Christ and allow them to develop a meaningful relationship with Him.
The journey towards Heavenly Destiny will not only help individuals discover their purpose in life but also help them connect with their inner selves. This connection enables people to experience a sense of peace and joy that comes from within. As Christians, we believe that our Heavenly Father has a divine plan for each and every one of us. This is exemplified in Jeremiah 29:11, where God declares that He knows the plans He has for us, plans to prosper and not harm us, and plans to give us hope and a future.
Psalm 139:15 says, “My frame was not hidden from You when I was made in secret when I was woven together in the depths of the earth.”
However, humans are guided by a divine force greater than ourselves. Our destiny lies in the hands of God, who has a plan for each of us. However, it’s up to us to apply self-control in our lives and make the most out of every opportunity. It takes courage, faith, and strength to resist the devil as Jesus did when tempted. In contrast, Adam failed to resist temptation and lost everything God had given him. As a result, the devil is always lurking around, trying to steal our joy and destroy our destiny.
Now, brethren, the question is – will you allow the devil to take your destiny? Or will you follow in Jesus’ footsteps and resist his advances with all your might? Remember that life is short, and tomorrow is not promised. Instead, every day presents an opportunity for growth, development, love, and happiness. Therefore, you must embrace this destiny wholeheartedly, never losing sight of what truly matters in life. Your earthly possessions may fade over time, but your heavenly destiny will last forever. Amen. Romans 8:28 says, “And we know that for those who love God, all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.” Amen.
Prayer:
1. Everything standing against my life, I command you to give way now, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
2. May the Lord God destroy any evil or negative influences hindering you from reaching your full potential in Jesus’ name. Amen.
