“Blessed be the Lord, who daily bears our burden, the God of our salvation.” Psalm 68:19

Faithfulness is an important attribute of God that we can rely on daily. God’s faithfulness is seen in the rising sun each morning. It is dependable and consistent, like the promise of a new day beginning. We find assurance in His loving kindness, which symbolizes his unwavering devotion to us; He never fails us. In Isaiah 46:4, we are reminded that God’s faithfulness is unshakable: “Even to your old age I am he, even when your hair has turned gray I will carry you; I have made, and I will bear; I will carry and save.”

God’s faithful presence brings comfort and hope during our darkest days. We can trust that He is there for us no matter what we face or how much time passes. We might have embraced ‘reality’ television programming far from reality and God’s agenda. Likewise, we might have allowed ourselves to be deceived for the sake of entertainment due to hidden agendas, greedy motives, and manipulative tactics that make it hard to trust others for the rest of life, but God has always been there for us. God is faithful to his people and never fails to provide

Revelation 1:8 declare, “I am the Alpha and the Omega,” says the Lord God, “who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty.”

I am thankful we serve a God who is completely trustworthy. He never changes. He is more than a stone or wooden idol. Not only that, but he is bigger than a worshiped ideal. He is personal, and we can talk to Him. He is real; we can see Him working in our lives and the lives of others. Likewise, he is relevant because the principles He established long ago still apply to our lives today. Isaiah reminded the Israelites that God would always be with them. We need a similar reminder. When God speaks, we can trust that He means what He says.

God doesn’t speak to impress anyone and not to deceive. He is not motivated by worldly pursuits or devious tactics. God has no hidden agenda, greedy motive, or manipulative purpose because God cares and loves us. He is a faithful God, so He cannot let you go down. He would keep watching over you. Wrinkles and gray hair will not drag Him away from His dear children! You can count and rely on God because He is faithful at the very core of His nature. Amen. Psalm 48:14 says, “For this God is our God forever and ever: he will be our guide even unto death.” Amen.
