Lifehack: Increase Your FQ (Faith Quotient)! Part Two

“Who is it that overcomes the world except for the one who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?” 1 John 5:5

Strong faith is incredibly important in living a successful and fulfilling life. While we can’t always control what happens in our lives, having faith can help us stay centered and feel connected to something larger than ourselves. But how do you increase your faith quotient? Psalm 27:13 provides insight into this question: “I had fainted unless I had believed to see the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living.” In other words, believing in yourself and your abilities is the key to success; without faith, you may find yourself fainting.

Increasing your Faith Quotient (FQ) is something we should all desire. We can be more fearless in pursuing our dreams and goals with a high FQ. We can also more easily trust in the Lord during difficult times. We may not see the end result of our efforts, but we can trust that God is working behind the scenes on our behalf. We can be more confident in the Lord’s provision and protection with a high FQ. We can also be more optimistic in the face of adversity. By increasing our faith, we can improve our lives and bring glory to God.

James 1:6 says, “But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea that is driven and tossed by the wind.”

On the surface, faith may seem like nothing more than words we use to describe our thoughts and feelings. Yet, faith is much more than that. Faith is a powerful tool that can help unlock the power of possibility. When we believe in something, we open our minds to the chance that it can happen. We affirm that we are willing to take whatever steps necessary to make that a reality. One great way to increase your faith is to read the Bible. Father Abraham is a great example of someone who had a high FQ. Yet, he believed that God would provide a son, even when it didn’t look like it would happen.

A high faith quotient makes life an adventure full of possibilities. This is because faith allows you to see beyond your current circumstances and hope for things that may seem impossible. When you have a high faith quotient, you are more likely to believe that God has a plan for your life and that He can do exceeding, abundantly above what you could ask or think. This belief gives you the courage to take risks and step out in faith, even when the odds seem stacked against you. Because you believe God is on your side, you are willing to do whatever it takes to bring His will to fruition in your life. Don’t faint; just believe. Amen. Prayer:
1. Make my calling sure, Lord. Please give me the strength to keep my eyes on the prize and not waver from the destination that lies ahead of me.
2. Holy Spirit guides every decision in God’s will and equips me with the necessary tools to fulfill God’s purpose in Jesus’ name. Amen.
