“The path of the righteous is like the morning sun, shining ever brighter till the full light of day.” Proverbs 4:18
Everyone desires to move forward in life. We all want to have a life full of progress and consistent success. At every point, we try to speak faith-filled words, “I am moving forward or higher” we are not just saying all that; we speak those words because we know who we are; we are meant to move forward, move higher, and also be a success in every touch.
Doing all this is evidence of being a child of God. We serve a successful God, and then we are meant to be successful. Being successful is the reality of our life, and this is made possible through the mighty power in God’s word. However, our blessedness in Christ is neither seasonal nor circumstantial. We can’t celebrate our success alone when times are good, or there is economic growth. We are meant to be a success at every point and place.
John 8:12 says, “Once again, Jesus spoke to the people and said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows Me will never walk in the darkness but will have the light of life.”
In the Book of Genesis 26:12-13, “Then Isaac sowed in that land, and received in the same year a hundredfold: and the LORD blessed him. And the man waxed great, and went forward, and grew until he became very great”. Regardless of any form of economic or atmospheric condition, Isaac was a success. He was increasing at a consistent and non-stop rate; he waxed greatly and went forward; God’s blessing was permanent upon his life.
Therefore, every blessing of God over you shall be permanent in your life in Jesus’ name. As a matter of fact, why will God bless us, and we expect the blessing to fail because of a change in time? If the blood of Jesus cannot fail at any point to save humankind, then His blessing cannot fail. You are created to showcase and enjoy God’s glory and His tremendous blessing. Matthew 5:14 says, “You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden.”
Lord, thank you for breath and life in me, thank you for the blessings, help me to abide in you so that I may continually enjoy your blessing in Jesus name.
